Welcome Rachel!

Rachel Dempers has been an unofficial part of the team for the past couple of years, working with Bryan to deliver talks on the subject of the Future of Business and Work.

We’re chuffed that she’s agreed to become a Yellowyoyo Associate Director, as she brings an impressive skillset. Rachel will assist on all internal brand communication work for Yellowyoyo, given that it’s just as crucial to convey a brand’s message internally as it is externally.

With over 20 years of HR and coaching experience, Rachel has worked with senior leaders in fast-paced and highly matrixed environments. She has supported many C-suite leaders and their teams, providing successful development and executive coaching solutions. Her executive coaching skills have inspired positive change within start-ups, fast-growing acquisition businesses and established blue-chip corporations.

Rachel brings extensive HR and organisational/managerial experience to Yellowyoyo, having been the Executive Director EMEA for Dell for 3 years and Global Lead for Performance Practice for Dell for a further 18 months.
