Mid-December saw the first Franchisee Conference, organised on behalf of local client Autorama. Autorama is predominantly an online van brokerage based in Cow Roast, near Tring. We began our relationship with them during the Summer when we carried out a re-branding exercise for them.
The conference was held at Pendley Manor in Tring and we were delighted to organise the staging, presentations and graphics alongside Stage Two, Pendley’s partner for equipment hire, on behalf of MD, Andy Alderson. The conference was the first of its nature and enabled the network of franchisees and employees to come together, review the company’s performance and for Andy to discuss future plans. The group was also joined by top customer services expert and speaker – Michael Heppell – who will be working with the business during 2014 to develop their new 5* service proposition.
“I personally got a real buzz from the conference! It’s been such a busy year for us, and it was really important to get everyone together and to solidify what we’re all working towards”, said Andy. “The day went without a hitch, culminating in a black tie dinner at Pendley during the evening. My thanks to Bryan and Amanda for their first class organisation skills and for keeping me on my toes.”
2014 will see the further strengthening of the relationship between YellowYoyo and Autorama. Our breadth of experience has lead to additional assistance with their website, which is due to launch shortly, and strategy going forward.
