What does Yellowyoyo do – and what do you mean by ‘making businesses irresistible’?
We phrase our help in terms of making businesses ‘irresistible’ because we believe that being attractive isn’t enough – organisations need to be impossible to ignore. What size businesses do you work with?
It really depends on the type of support we’re providing. Our sweet spot for full exit strategy work, for example, is typically businesses with a turnover of between £1 and 5 million. For more focused projects – strategy, brand development or marketing, for example – we often work with far smaller businesses, and those at earlier stages of their journey.

Do you run other events?
Yes. Alongside The Lunch and our keynotes at business expos and conferences, and mentoring presentations, we also host dedicated Exit Talks – honest, practical sessions on how to build a business that’s not just saleable, but sought-after. We also support the local charities and organisations that we support by championing what they do, which often involves speaking on their behalf at events. I’d like to know more about your workshops – what do they involve?
Our workshops are tailored sessions for leadership teams, designed to cut through complexity and move your business forward. Whether we’re helping define your brand, sharpen your positioning or prepare for exit, we create space for clarity, challenge and decision-making. Each session is bespoke, shaped around your goals and run by senior members of the Yellowyoyo team.
We have a brand project. Can you help us with just that?
Yes, absolutely. We regularly work on focused brand and design projects. That might include brand identity, messaging, visual language or rollout support. But even with specific projects, we always take a strategic view to ensure the work aligns with your bigger picture.
Can you tell me what to expect when it comes to fees?
We work on both retainers and fixed-fee projects. The approach depends on the nature of the work, but every project includes a clear Scope of Works, transparent pricing, and an agreed schedule from the outset.
We already have a brand or marketing agency – can you still help?
Certainly. We’re often brought in to provide strategic clarity, repositioning support or exit planning alongside existing creative or marketing teams. We’re not here to replace your agency – we’re here to make everything work better together.
Do you only work with businesses planning to sell?
No – not all our clients are exit-focused. Many work with us to reposition, rebrand or re-energise. But even if a sale isn’t on the table right now, we always help you build long-term value and future-proof your business.
How do we get started?
It starts with a conversation – ideally face-to-face – so we can learn more about you and what you need. Once we understand where you are and where you want to go, we’ll talk through how we can help. If there’s a good fit, we’ll follow up with a fee proposal outlining the scope of work we’ve discussed and the associated costs.
