Future Business at Natwest Accelerator

10 May 2019

It was great to see Bryan out there in action in Milton Keynes again recently when he spoke at the Natwest Accelerator on ‘Future Business – the next 10 years. For everybody.’

Co-authored and presented with one of our associates, Rachel Dempers, the talk focused on leadership and business growth in the emerging future of workers and customers in the 21st Century.

In order to be able to advise clients on their future positioning, and then plot the required brand journey from their current place in their market, Yellowyoyo are avid students of business futures – particularly technology futures, customer futures, connected living and how changing social dynamics are affecting all of these areas.

Rachel Dempers, ex global HR Director of Dell, is an expert in the future of the workplace and an ideal partner to add her expertise in creating a wide-ranging future business analysis on the changing requirements for leadership and business growth.

The talk, which can be personalised into a seminar for individual sectors, deals with 3 key issues:

  • Technology futures
  • Social dynamics
  • Collapse of trust and the pressures on leadership

and their influence on:

  • Work futures
  • Customer futures
  • How business / brand model must adapt

The talk at the NatWest Accelerator was given after an invitation by Sharon Rai, Entrepreneur Development Manager, to an audience of around 50 people comprising of entrepreneurs from the accelerator and local business leaders.
