Before…

Before the session we ask you a series of searching questions regarding your business, your customers, your competitors, and your approach to market.

We then carry out research on your business, your market, and your competitors.

The workshop…

Our in-person workshop takes 2/3 hours and is an interactive, practical and collaborative session. We guide you step by step through our simple, tried and tested process.

You bring the knowledge of your business. We bring the frameworks and questions that spark the insight. You’ll leave with a clarity that has most likely evaded you.

After…

We’ll then spend a few days compiling a written report, including a Value Proposition statement to encapsulate the session.

You’ll have clarity on who you should be targeting and what they want to hear you saying.

You’ll also be clear what changes are necessary and where they should be made.

You can them take that information and use it yourself or with others, or ask us to continue to refine your positioning and messaging.
